I would like to say thank you to the lovely Migle, she is so attentive, caring, sweet and most importantly a good listener.I wasn’t going to make an offer to the first flat she’d showed me as it wasn’t good enough for me, but she listened to my needs and suggested to see another flat which hadn’t been advertised just yet.She contacted me straight after the first viewing and we arrange a viewing for that flat she recommended me to see.When I finally saw the flat, I was so happy that I made an offer straight away!She was right, that flat was exactly what I was looking for!I think she is excellent at her job, she loves what she does, she is so professional and you can tell as soon as you meet her that she CARES and that’s very rare to find nowadays.Thank you so much Migle for all your hard work!!Regards,Georgina

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THEM.TERRIBLE AGENCY WITH HIGHLY DISHONEST PRACTICES.Simply avoid them, and you will gain precious time, money, and peace of mind.In July 2022, we visited the guys to show us a few flats for our boys who were students in London. Most of the properties they showed us were ratholes or…funnily, whenever we made an offer, someone else was outbidding us—three times within a few hours. Keep in mind that our offers were all the times higher than the requested amounts!Out of the blue, when we were desperate to have lost our commission and found nothing, their CEO “remembered” that he had another flat to show us, which was “by luck,” his own property. We ended up paying 20% above our agreed budget.After signing the contracts and paying IN ADVANCE for 11 months, the guys never replied to our emails and simply disappeared after closing the deal!!!We had a tenancy agreement from Aug 1, 2022, to Jun 30, 2023, but we got the keys and moved into the flat in mid-September. We got bills for this period and were forced to pay for consumption that was not ours, but they did not care, although we explained that it was the previous tenants’ bills!!!!They never responded to our numerous calls and emails regarding the flat’s maintenance.They NEVER showed up to fix ANY of the problems, even when we had severe issues from leaks from the rain. After January, whenever it rained, we had water dripping from the ceilings, and their response for not showing up and, of course, not fixing the problem was to wait until May for the weather to get better and for the ceiling to get dry before any works!!!!At the end of the tenancy, we tried to reach them to get back our deposit, but they replied to our calls one and a half months after our first call. They did everything they could to avoid returning our guarantee. They tried to charge us 500 pounds for an old sofa, claiming that we had broken it, although the inventory clerk clearly stated in the checkout report that the sofa was in the same condition as when we checked in and was working correctly!!!They even charged us 315 pounds for “cleaning” the flat, although the invoice they showed us was for 282 pounds.We got our chopped deposit back last week, two months after having left their property, after “chasing” them and calling them many times daily (with no response) and sending them tenths of not-replied emails…They treated us unprofessionally, showing no respect at all.JUST AVOID THEM

London Executive is a great real estate agency offering fabulous and quality homes for great prices. I would like to recommend Diana Jones from this agency as she has assisted me greatly on my search for homes and was able to be of great help and is very a kind woman.

Sofia was first class in all she done right from the first contact, to arranging viewings at a very short notice. Very good communication. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would definitely use London Executive’s services again searching my next property.
