1909 Kitchens

Still missing some of my kitchen which was delivered 21st July.I have spend hours on the phone reporting various issues was confirmed 2 months ago they were sending my missing pieces and then silence for the last 3 weeks.The kitchen looks great but the quality in some areas is really lacking and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced if you have any issue you have no chance of fixing anything. Our builder also had to charge us extra because we were informed everything was made and bespoke which is was not at all and a complete miss sell.Still really frustrated I have not managed to finish my kitchen.

My supplier ordered our 1909 kitchen in July 2021 from PWS Distributors and through supply and quality issues which consist of poor paint adhesion, the painted rubs off the doors easily and has bubbled, cracked doors, split corner posts and side panels,the kitchen remains unfinished to this day 29th Jan 2023.it was only a couple of months agothat the dishwasher doors arrivedwhich were cracked and poorly painted so could not be fitted and it would take many more weeks to replace them, which would mean that we have waited nearly two years. Apart from the doors which are hardwood everything else is made from MDF which is not waterproofed and parts such as plinths, corner posts, end panels have swollen and cracked. All I know from my supplier is PWS are considering manufacting particular parts which are susceptible to damp from hardwood which is some way off and so is resolving the paint issues.This does not help our situation.We have suffered long enough and want our money back as there is not an end insight and matters are made worse by very limited communcation, which has kept us the dark
