As always I rate my visit as excellent. Great confidence in the Optician who delivers a 1st class service. I had to wait only a couple of minutes for my appointment time and feel assured of the service. Having Vision Express inside the supermarket is also very convenient.

Fabulous service from start to finish. The customer service we received was amazing and the optician was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and patient. My son has a eye condition and a eye test can be a frustrating experience for both the Optometrist and for him. The friendly atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff made the whole visit pleasant. Plenty of frames to choose from and a varied price range

All I got to say about this company is money grabbers ... they dnt care about the customer but their own pockets ... only optition that charge you a handling fee for re glazing your own frames ... if you dnt buy a frame from these guys they will charge you £75 for using your own frame... only optitions that does this....ridiculous!!! If you have your own frames dnt go to these guys ...
