Never had a problem here, the staff are always friendly and know their stuff!

What’s the point in pets at home having fish honestly Dead fish dead plants and then they have the cheek to question if you’re going to look after a fish properly i’ve been looking after fish now for about five years I have two Oranda goldfish and today I witnessed one in the smallest tank you have ever seen it looked so depressed I have also witnessed dead fish being eaten by other fish this place seriously needs to have trained professionals working with the animals not teenagers looking for a part-time job

We were asked to pop in here for a friend. We the help of a friendly member of staff we found the product we were looking for. I was quote Impressed with the amount of goods and services available.

Im shocked , how hot is in the shop. Yet these rabbits will be in hutches out side. Happy to sell ????

Really disappointed about this store staff unhelpful especially Manager Lewis when he heard my accent! Don’t care about people’s kid’s birthdays, if you a foreigner you definitely will be treated differently!

Just been to Pets at Home to pick up a litter tray and spotted some deodorizer spray labelled 3 for 2 so picked them up. Went to the till and it did not show 3 for 2 so mentioned this to the assistant and she said they would check. Long story short the sprays were in the wrong place so she spoke to the manager and we got the sprays 3 for 2. The assistant said it was their fault it was in the wrong place which I accept but she was so good to do this as we would of just said we would take the one spray. So thank you to the assistant who I believe was called Ella B. I apologize if I have this wrong
