We had been in the process of taking a House Builder to court, Matthew provided a full Survey report of our defects. The service was very professional and comprehensive. Without the report, I do not believe the builders would have settled the claim. For any disputes with new builds I would highly recommend Ovolo.

Of all of the quotes I had received from local surveyors I found Matthew to provide the quickest quote. The quote was provided without any of the nonsense recieved from other local businesses, (some pushing additional products and others refusing to send an email quotation).Matthew sent a quote and asked me to confirm some things prior to instruction. I booked in a Level 2 Home Survey in August with Matthew. He picked up my query within 24 hours and completed the survey within the week. The report was sent over to me after 5 working days. The survey was very indepth and clear to understand. Service from Matthew was fabulous and I am using them again! Would highly recommend!

I never normally leave reviews but on this occasion I just had to. I researched many different companies when looking for someone to carry out a full building survey of a property I intended buying. I mistakenly filled out a number of websites that promised to put me in touch with surveyors who could provide such a service at the best possible price. I never heard the end of it with phone call after phone call! Fortunately I came across Ovolo and I am so pleased I chose Matthew to undertake the survey. From the outset, his level of professionalism has never faltered. Communication has been excellent throughout and every question I have asked has been answered quickly and efficiently.
