Very disappointed!!!Asked for tea with the tea bag on the side. Came with the tea bag in the tea. The girl said bit she had only just out of in ...... But that is not what I asked for.She took it away and returned without the tea bag and half the tea poured out and filled with cold water. Really???? So had to go back again and get it warmed up.The hotdog roll was dry and chewy so £5 for a hotdog sausage. Coffee was ok.Staff were not helpful at all.Definitely won't be back!!!!

This place was amazing! Lovely and peaceful. The man serving us was very kind and made sure we were happy with our orders and at the end of our stay he was kind enough to offer us the spare donuts from the end of the day. Do-nut go here unless you want to have a great time

My first ever visit to a Tim Hortons and based on this experience I'll not be rushing back. I ordered a flat white. It was definitely white and definitely flat. In fact I don't think there was any coffee in it! To their credit they replaced it but it still wasn't a Flat White coffee in my view.I had a maple donut with it. Thank goodness there was some maple syrup over it otherwise I was eating cardboard. Dreadful.

I love Tim Hortons. And this store is a very nice example. It is large with plenty of room, and various seating areas, even outside. The place is clean and tidy. And of course, the great selection of food you come to appreciate at a Tim Hortons.

If you want the breakfast deal go to the till first! They wouldn't change my bill when I pointed out the deal. I got a hash brown tho which I don't think I paid for so swings and roundabouts. Food was tasty.

We went into Tim Hortons and waited at the till. No one appeared. We waited a bit longer. Still no staff. I went in to use the bathroom while we waited. The first toilet I went into had human faeces left in the toilet and smeared around the toilet seat. It was disgusting so I went to the next toilet and it was out of order. All of the other toilets were out of order so I went into the disabled toilet. It was worse. More human faeces smeared around the toilet seat, urine on the toilet seat as well as pubic hair all over the toilet seat.They say that you should judge the cleanliness of a kitchen by the cleanliness of its toilets. If this is the case, I dread to think on what the hygiene in the kitchen is like.I decided not to use the toilets as they were utterly disgusting. I came out to find my husband still standing, having not been served. We used this as an opportunity to get out of there as quickly as we could and we will never be going back.

Never really rated Tim Hortons before. Decided to get a burger and waited over half an hour to get food. Could have got a better burger from one of the local vans. Fate sealed, will never go back to a Tim Hortons again! Hamilton Tim Hortons closed because the manager was brutal and staff let hair into muffins. Nothing good to say.

Waited 24 minutes in store on a coffee and a doughnut. The server was literally giving out more attitude than she was food.I don’t learn though, I’ve been about three times before and whilst the waits not been quite that bad previously, it’s been longer than it needed to be (and I’m patient) but it’s been substandard quality and they’ve most times got the order wrong too. I should know better.This recent visit and camping trip It wasn’t lunch time or evening, just mid morning. Managed to just about get out of the place before any dinner time folk arrived. Hope they’ve told their family they won’t be back home for Christmas.The worst place for service (for any fast food/coffee place) which is a shame as the Belfast one was pretty good. Steinhouse is a disaster. I said to the server about the wait time. They just looked at me. Wondered if they were frozen in time and that’s what had happened during my order. Turns out they just couldn’t care.The franchise holder should stand and wait to get served. With large chains like this, it’s unusual that on multiple visits the waits been a lot longer than usual.I’m done with this place, Greggs it is.

Can you Repeat That?I repeated my order, the server asked me three times. Still they got my order wrong. I actually ended up receiving a lesser version of my burger. Without the extra toppings that I paid for.Potatoes were soggy.Frappucino had no coffee in it? That wasn't stated.The atmosphere inside was nice though and gave a comfortable modern vibe.

Food was not that good. Chips were soggy and stuck to each other. Wrap was half filled. Service was bad. The manager couldn't care less. Tried to bribe us with a donut. There were leftovers at some tables. We were sitting for 1 and a half hours, and all that time there were kids running around and charging their phones right next to our table. Practicaly sitting on our table. The manager gave the kids free food. The kids were standing on tables outside. Wouldn't recomend.
