Dr Bashir is always so friendly, patient and helpful, he fitted me in last minute as I was going away. Dr Leung is really friendly too. Both make going to the dentist way nicer!

I have been going to this dentist for as long as I’ve lived in the area and it was fine before covid. I didn’t go for a long time because of covid but I’m very disappointed with the service. On my first visit since not coming we were told to wait outside the door until another group had left the room.When we were let inside we had to wear a mask and apply hand sanitiser.I understand wanting to keep people safe but it was March 2022 and they were acting like it was the height of Covid season. Upon my next arrival, the relegations didn’t change and it was this month (April 2022) we were moved to a waiting room upstairs which was noisy, small and bare of decoration. I was there with my mother who’s appointment was at 12:20 but wasn’t called to go in until 12:45. I had heard that there was a broken chair downstairs but when many patients -including my mother- were in the downstairs surgery. Disappointed with this place as it was good before 2020 but has sadly gone down hill.

Really great clinic, first time that I have used them but had a very smooth and straightforward visit and I will be happy to return in the future. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing service. My elderly Grandad required an emergency appointment due to an abscess and was booked in promptly. When we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Max dealt with my Grandad who did a fantastic job of extracting his tooth quickly while keeping him calm and comfortable all the way through. I'm very impressed with the service and can recommend them to anyone.

I am newly registered to the practice. I had a broken crown (work carried out by my previous dentist) so I called Solihull Dental Centre to book an appointment to see if I could get it replaced. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and had me an appointment booked in within a few days - im usually used to waiting weeks with my previous dentist. Dr Sacranie was very professional and discussed all treatment options with me, involving me the whole way through - I didn't once feel rushed. I was made very comfortable and at ease throughout both appointments and I couldn't be happier with the result! Very impressed with the practice, all staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and the practice itself is lovely, highly recommend!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to.Tommy is a lovely person who explains everything to you, does his best for you and does an excellent job. The whole team are friendly.

Have been using this practice for as long as I can remember and have always received a good quality of care, treatment and the staff have always been friendly and professional.Unfortunately because of COVID I’ve become anxious about the dentist and medical appointments in general as I live at home with my mother who is immunosuppressed and as a result I have put appointments for myself on the back burner for which I hold myself at fault for, however it is disappointing this morning to learn that because of my absence since 2020 I’m no longer registered with the practice and left feeling a bit out of place at a time when I’m in desperate need of treatment and the availability for a private patient here isn’t available until Feb/March.I can’t hold the practice at fault for my own negligence but a bit of communication or forewarning that I would disregarded as an NHS patient wouldn’t have gone a miss, or at least made aware of the timescale in which you would be removed. It was only just under 3 weeks ago that I received a text from the practice trying to sell me an Invasilign consultation so I don’t understand why I couldn’t have received something similar regarding my registered status. Bittersweet as I know the practice and would recommend on the basis of my experience but now left in need and having to look elsewhere.

Never reviewed a dentist before but I have to give a shout out to Dr Chi Ming (Len) Leung. He is possibly the most jolly man I’ve ever met! So cheerful and friendly, really made me feel at ease. Definitely ask for him if you can.

I’ve been a patient at this dentist for over a decade and I have always had a fantastic and personalised service from Dr Sacranie and his highly professional and well trained team of dentists, dental nurses and support staff.Most recently I have undergone more complex implant surgery and the total package of service was excellent from beginning to end. I am only part way through this dental journey but I feel fully supported by the team and am looking forward to the completion of a complex and important treatment.I would absolutely recommend this dentist to others seeking treatment for dental concerns.
