Had such a great buying experience, working with Sales Executive Jake Brown. He was really friendly and knowledgable on the test drive, and then worked really diligently to get me some answers to some questions about the service history. He was quick at communicating, and I really appreciated his low-pressure, friendly style. Would highly reccomend working with him to get your next car.

Look at a lot of cars. Good price. I didn't buy any, easy to find, very clean cars. Nice SUVs so many to choose from. Just didn't have one for me. Staff Very helpful, easy to talk to. Very well knowledge in the cars that were selling 10 out of 10

Cars were great. Loads of choice, good to walk around and see all the options in one place. X2 sales staff we had were absolutely fine.We test drove the same car twice, to compare the ride quality after driving something else. Then asked to put a deposit down to hold it whilst talking it through with my partner who wasn't with us.They refused to do this without placing an order for the car, since we had driven it twice.We were very serious about buying it, but happy to walk away.

I was sold a car on the 21/08 which was having multiple tire pressure issues by 03/10. I then took it to the garage who said available car had done a puncture repair too close to the sidewall and had to be replaced immediately as the car was unsafe to drive. The car wouldn’t have passed safety checks if they were done correctly and shouldn’t have been sold in this condition as it wasn’t safe to drive as it could have easily caused an accident with horrific outcomes. No accountability for their mistake was taken or refund for a new tire i had to buy after only owning the car for just over 6weeks. Terrible customer care, i will not be recommending or buy from here again. Horrible experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!We went to test drive a car (which was prebooked), and when we arrived, we were told that there were 3 people in front of us and it could take well over an hour maybe even longer. We fully understand that queues happen, however, the man on the front desk was very blasé about this with very little customer service skills. No apologies, no I'll ring around to see if anyone can help, nothing!We have been a customer of AvailableCar for many years but with their poor customer service skills, we will not be anymore.

Amazing Service I can not fault it !We brought a Corsa on a Saturday, I seen a better model and newer Corsa on the Monday, so I rung and cancelled the order and brought the one I wanted without even seeing it. No problem was to big for them, they sorted it ! (They also gave me an amazing part exchange price on my old car)..I sent the car back with a few niggles and they fixed it all for me ! I now have the perfect car thank you so much

Upon purchasing a Renault Clio from their Cannock branch, my partner and I questioned evident cracking on the tyre walls, only to be told my a salesperson that this was fine and that the car had passed its MOT with no advisories.Less than three weeks after we purchased the car the driver front tyre split whilst driving at 60mph on the motorway. Upon closer inspection by Kwik Fit, we were told that all four tyres were cracking and that we were essentially ticking down to yet more blowouts.AvailableCar had conducted the most recent MOT, ignored the cracking (and advisories in the 2022 MOT which noted the exact same issue) and proceeded to sell a highly dangerous car as roadworthy.When returning to AvaliableCar with our complaint, they described MOTs as 'subjective' and have denied any responsibility up to this point and are refusing to reimburse us for the tyres or pay for an independent service.Available Car have sold us a dangerous car that could have cost us our lives. Their customer services lead, Martin Brooks, seems to believe this is fine. They embody a cowboy company that fits all of the stereotypes of a modern day second-hand dealership.

Very professional place no hassling you when you are looking at cars, they leave you alone to discuss. Even on test drive we did not felt pressured. Very well set up place . I would like to thank Lewis bunter for selling us our new car which we completely love. Also a special thanks to Paul. I would definitely recommend this place.
