Needed emergency extractions of two teeth. Once I'd got through on the phone to a very helpful person, was able to book an appointment for the next day.. Very pleasant surgery, with a helpful receptionist. My dentist, Grace, and her assistant Kate were very reassuring, and took time to explain every stage of the process. Great care was taken to check I was ok throughout. Can heartily recommend this service, the whole process was easy, and I felt very well cared for. Now I get to enjoy Christmas without toothache! Thank you!

Emi-Jo was amazing along with her nursing staff one of whom I saw Monday and another I saw today (unfortunately I didn’t get the nurses names). I have an extreme phobia to dentist and had developed a nasty infection in a broken tooth. They reassured me every step of the way keeping me calm and explaining everything to me. They treated me with so much kindness and care it has made my whole experience easier to deal with and having my tooth out was virtually painless just a little pinch with the first injection and that was it. The whole process was over within 30 minutes and I can’t thank them enough. If anyone feels like me when needing the dentists then you can’t go wrong with these people they are amazing start to finish! Big thanks to them.

I have only allocated a second star as Charlie is a fabulous dentist, however this is 'if' you are able to see him. I have now tried for 3 days calling at 08:30 as suggested and 60 + people are already in the queue, by the time you get through all the appointments are gone.They then explain you need to call at 17:30 at which point you call and are turned away as your photos do not meet their criteria even if your face and neck are both swollen. You can also have a temperature and and are struggling to swallow. This makes no difference unfortunately.I expect your symptoms have to be so severe that you are at death's door 'literally'.This system needs a complete overhaul. Very ineffective.

I have attended a emergency appointment at Bodmin today, and cannot praise the staff highly enough.I am usually nervous at the dentist, but the staff were so kind, the premises modern and spotless, that I felt at ease having my tooth extraction. Well done, I wish you weren't for emergencies only!

Faultless experience. My dad had an emergency dentist appointment to remove a tooth. He couldn’t fault the staff and how pristine the building was.Amazing experience. Amazing staff.Definitely recommend.

I was really worried about the procedure and the team was very helpful and patient and explained everything to me which helped a lot. The extraction went smoothly and afterwards I didn't even need any painkillers, no bleeding either. Thank you for your amazing work. The best dentist I have ever been to!!! First impressions are just how clean and well organised the premises are, you could almost say its done with military precision. The staff clearly work hard to keep it all immaculate. As for the treatment, the care is clearly their and bedside manner given by staff should be used as an example to train others. Booked as an emergency appointment via phone. The staff on the phone lines were very friendly and sympathetic to my situation.I came here yesterday morning at 9am and was seen in consultant room 6.The staff here are exceptional. They were all very friendly and professional. The dentists, who carried out my treatment, calmed my nerves, and went above and beyond to try to relieve me of my pain. Explaining all options open to me and ensuring I was happy throughout treatment.I couldn't have asked for better service, above and beyond expectations. I appreciate your help and support.
