Food was absolutely perfect and the staff were so sweet and attentive. This is the perfect date night spot in Dalston!

Our visit was disappointing. Below average food. Left most of the food uneaten. Service was chaotic. One of the drinks we ordered didn't show up. Wine was bad. The cocktail (spicy margarita) we ordered was very good.

Pretty great. The tortillas are delicious. Wayyy better than anything you'd get in most Mexican restaurants. A few of the dishes lacked a bit of flavour, but were fine. The price of the guac is daylight robbery, as it was the weakest dish. But... Definitely worth a visit.

We went here as a group of 4 on a Wednesday night. There are some VERY steep steps to enter the venue so not sure about accessibility if you had any mobility issues.Staff were welcoming. The A5 sized food menu is uncomplicated with a selection of starters and mains - the drinks menu was also similar in style.I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail with orange, a shot of lime and some soda water. It was beautifully presented.Unfortunately it tasted as if it had been made up with fresh sea water! It was excruciatingly salty and when the waitress came over and asked if everything was ok, I politely told her no.She kindly offered to change it and asked for it to be made without salt?!The replacement came and there was no difference - it was made with salt! Tons of it and was totally undrinkable.I ended up settling for table water. Our food came quite quickly after - I had what I believe was the beef Hurache(?).Well - the salt used to flavour the drink should have been used for the meal. It lacked flavour and seasoning and was luke warm at best.I just don't get it as the place seemed quite popular and was filling up quickly - we were reminded a few times that the table was only until 8pm as they had a booking for it.I think if you are someone who doesn't require food to be flavourful or seasoned and just need something in your tummy - then this place will suit you.Otherwise I would give this a miss - there are far too many foody establishments in the area to settle for anything less than delicious!I did pay for my meal as technically there was nothing 'wrong' with the food as such, and they were more than happy to take payment even though none of my food or drink was touched. You have been warned - choose wisely.

I celebrated my birthday at Corrochio's and could not recommend a better spot. Their food is delicious and authentic (fyi my family is Mexican) and the overall atmosphere of the place is unique and welcoming. Their staff are also incredibly friendly and attentive. But not only is the restaurant 10/10, the bar is awesome. We were dancing with margaritas all night. Will definitely be returning!

I took my friend here for their birthday meal and it was such a hit! Personally, my favourite Mexican food spot in London that I’ve found - the food was delicious and authentic, and my mouth waters just thinking about it! The restaurant felt super cosy and like a dose of Latin America, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Making us laugh and they were very accommodating. I also have to mention the happy hour margaritas for £7 which were super strong and tasty! Would absolutely recommend this place!

The food is INSANELY delicious. The menu is limited but it’s spot on - there’s a selection of great shared plates including cheese fondue which is out of this world. The sides that include guacamole and salsa were served with homemade tortillas which was just amazing. For the mains, we had beef tacos and the meat was so tender and flavorful. Chicken quesadilla however was slightly disappointing, it was super tender but it kind of lacked the taste. Cocktails were great too, we loved their special spicy margaritas
