Gemini Accident Repair Centre Manchester

One star is an overstatement.My van went in after being broke into. It got robbed again while it was being repaired. Every day I find something else missing. Not great is it for a reputable company???

I wasn't going to right this until I got my puncture repaired and it just annoyed me again of how poor workmanship goes with this company stay well clear. My car was sent back 3 times to this company first time it came back it was full of overspray all over the windscreen second time the bumper was out on the head light M sport badges missing aftermarket headlamp fitted it was a really really poor job then I found over spray all over the door from the wing repair. yesterday I took my car for a puncture repair and the tmps sensor was glue to the wheel instead of it being on my sensor and I know these where last to touch my car and it has annoyed me as I was just speaking about it as I forgot to tell the wife last night. use someone else if you can.

Having gone here through LV was really impressed. Great communication and excellent customer service. Job done well. Clearly care.

Excellent accident repair centre.Andrea at Gemini gave amazing customer service and updates throughout this repair.She even sorted out a courtsey car as enterprise recommended through my insurance were appauling. No inconvenience as they collected and dropped off both vehicles.Would highly recommend

I Went into the Denton branch to have the damage to my car inspected before asking my insurance company to instruct Gemini to do the repair.How glad I am that I paid them a visit before agreeing to let them repair my car.Both reception staff where on the phone so I ended up having a conversation with one of the estimators who stood up from his desk and I had to talk to him from about 6 metres away. He was very rude and not very helpful, at this point one of the workshop staff came into the office and joined in the conversation.Eventually another gentleman got up from his desk and came over to talk to me and it was agreed that he would look at the damage and send me an estimate by email for some additional work that was not part of the insurance claim.What a shock! twice the price that other approved body shops quoted.I can only guess they only wanted to do the insurance work.Not a very good first impression is it Gemini?Note to all people claiming on motor insurance - it’s your prerogative who you send your car to for a repair and by visiting them you get a feeling for the kind of service they offer.Needless to say, my car is now being repaired by a different company.Lucky escape!

Absolutely amazed!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I had to put a claim in due to another driver went into the back of my car. I was mega gutted as I've only had my car 5 months since it came out of the show room!Basically the other driver scratched the paintwork & dinted the back bumper. Regardless of how big or small the damage was I couldn't leave it, as it would de-value my car.Gemini were brilliant though! colour matched, flawless work as if it's just strutted out the showroom again. I'm very happy with the work done, customer service is beyond amazing, updated me throughout the process.Thank you sooo much, highly recommended and a very good recommendation via my insurance LV ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Want to thank Andrea on reception for keeping me up to date and helping with a tough situation and Chris the mechanic for the awesome service I received. The insurance company sent my car to this garage after someone drove in to the back of me and the back looks brand new. Would recommend

My Car was taken here after an accident. Car ended up being beyond repair but the staff I dealt with were excellent. Spoke to them a few times on the phone and went down to check my car for anything I had left in it. Staff were friendly, sympathetic and helpful. Makes all the difference and very much appreciated..

I would like to thank Gemini for the speedy repair work on my car. Andrea was lovely and went out of her way to keep me up to date with it all. She is a credit to the company. Would 100% recommend Gemini.
