Phoned to try and pre book a taxi hours in advance from my address on the outskirts of portadown to the train station but operator refused to book as it was too far" from their base in craigavon which is approx 1 mile from my address. I was recommended this company by a friend who would use regularly but I was disappointed they wouldn't even consider it"

Very unreliable, booked to bring us home late at night after they were due to pick us up we phoned them.. Was told driver was there and he wasn't and had been at pick up place half an hour.. Was waiting another hour b4 another taxi. Not same firm picked us up

The lady that works over the phone is very ignorant and has no respect. Asked a simple question and was very nasty with the response. Will not be back. Taxi men are very kind, have absolutely no issue with them ☺️ however the lady is not a pleasant woman to have to deal with

Ordered a taxi, the operator said it will be there in 15-20 minutes. It took me 5 minutes to come out of the building. I waited for 40 minutes then called and asked where my taxi was, the operator responded that the taxi was already there but nobody showed up O.o which is ridiculous because 5 minutes is not 15-20. Then she asked me if I wanted it back and I said yes. Waited for another 40 minutes and the taxi never showed up. How can I respect this company if they don't respect their customers. Horrible service.

Booked a Sun taxi from the corner house to Bannview B&B we do not know the area first time visiting. Excellent prompt service with brilliant up to date information texts on type of taxi and registration for safety. The driver was happy to chat and friendly. Thank you everyone I would highly recommend.
