He gave me a solution and timeframe, posted flooring samples and was always available to answer any queries. This calm, professional, responsive approach has been adopted by his team. Adam and Tom completed the job job in 2 days, the floor looks amazing and I am so impressed by the work ethics and standards of everyone I have met from the company.
