My car broke down on the A55. I had to leave it in the most stupid of places and travel home to the Midlands. Next day these guys were amazing turning what was a really stressful and horrible experience into a simple conversation. I was blown away by the service and their understanding of my situation. Hough Green Garage transferred our damaged car and ourselves to their premises in Llandudno Junction. Sam Aston was the employee who dealt with our transfer. He was incredibly efficient and professional in his responsibilities and our car was successfully moved to the garage. He was kind and empathetic in a stressful situation. He was also knowledgeable enough to provide us with the likely scenario once removal had taken place. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and employee.

I had to Call for Breakdown Assistance while at Llandudno Wales, Sunday, 5th. January.My Insurance used Hough Green Garage at Llandudno to Assist me. I expected just to be towed, but my Car was driven on to the Loading Platform and both Car and myself were taken to my Home Address In Runcorn. I found The Driver of The Pick Up Vehicle Very Pleasant and Helpful. His name was Anthony if I remember Correctly. I would Certainly Recommend this Firm. Henry Stephenson.

Rang Axa at 1353. Sent me text at 1403 saying possible 60 mins. Alan from Hough Green arrived at 1420 diagnosed issue with battery and gave me details of nearby Kwik Fit and they are sorting out. Absolutely awesome service. Thanks very much Paul
