They stole my money and are refusing to refund me. Beware of booking a room with these scammers.I stayed one night at the Bell Hotel, but got charged for four nights. Following my complaint, they agreed to refund me for one night, and are refusing to refund the other two nights they charged on my card without my authorization. Absolute joke. Non responsive and unhelpful. The worst customer service ever. Thieves.

Came for karaoke night and the staff were amazing. The three ladies, Amia, Alex and another lady that I didn't catch the name of were absolutely fantastic, incredibly accommodating, great sense of humour, even while it was packed. Will be returning!!

Had a great room although not ready at check in. Would have liked a fridge in the room. The room was large but cosy, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Tea and hot water needed topping up at breakfast but quickly rectified on asking. Excellent location.

Stayed for one night. Room very clean and comfy but overpriced. Kettle needed a good clean though. Breakfast ok - though lots of items charcoaled black which tasted funny. Bit of a wait too. Staff made me a sandwich (cheese) only. Arrived with mayonnaise and pickle so just ate the chips. Room lovely but rest of hotel needs looked at. First impressions last I’m afraid. Oh and no parking.

Pleasantly surprised! Was not expecting much as the outside looks a bit shoddy. The rooms have been refurbished and we're very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the lovely lady went out of her way and cooked it herself as our son has coeliac, to make sure that there was no cross contamination.The only thing with our room, it hadn't been cleaned and everything was covered in dust. Shame as it is something so simple to clean the rooms.

Room very nice and spacious,Beds was comfortable too and all clean,Food was really really good and service with a smile from the lady at the front desc. Would definitely recommend and use again
