Lishi Pickering/Thornton le dale

The Lishi class is a great way to relax, de-stress, clear my mind and gently strengthen my body.Phil, who runs the class, is very friendly and approachable and the group are very welcoming.What a great way to start my weekend each week.

The tai chi class is near Pickering, in the lovely little village of Thornton le Dale. I was visiting the area and thought I'd drop in to the class for a bit of relaxation, stress relief and gentle exercise. The teacher Phil was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome. There were people of all ages doing the Tai Chi and there was also some breathing exercises and some yoga exercises that felt really good. It was a friendly group and I'll definitely drop in again when I fancy doing some Tai Chi in the Pickering area.
