Ritu and her Molly Maid team are brilliant.They clean our HMO weekly (in which we house many doctors and nurses) and the council recently commented that the house is maintained to an excellent standard.They are always flexible and fit in extra work when needed - even at the last minute.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Ritu and Molly Maids for around 18 months. They always come in a team of two/three and get the job done thoroughly and quickly. While you can find cheaper cleaning services, they are trustworthy, reliable throughout the year and their standards have remained consistently high. Very happy to recommend.

Consistently underwhelming. This company charged over double what I was paying to a previous company, but I was assured by Ritu that it was because their service was way above everybody else's in terms of attention to detail. Found them actually to be worse than the previous company: they always forgot to empty bins, they often forgot to vacuum some carpets, and dusting of surfaces often neglected. When I brought this to Ritu's attention, she was not apologetic or understanding at all, just said she had made a note of all the points". Then after complaining week after week to her

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!I paid for a deep cleaning service and the place was hardly touched. I immediately had a video call with RITA (manager) and raised my concern concerning the poor service offered. She did nothing about it and I have pictures to support in the event she denies it is inaccurate.Also, always check with the cleaners about the tasks assigned upon their arrival at your property. One of the cleaners told me that they were there to do a standard clean and not a deep clean. THIS COMPANY CONDUCTS BUSINESS UNETHICALLY.
