This review on Ben Smith Electrical covers a 9-month period (2where he and his team rewired our house. This necessitated significant channelling and wire feedthrough. Clearly there needed to be disruption but Ben was extremely considerate and thoughtful. He planned the project so that we could still live in the property. He needed no prompting about floor protection, dust sheets etc.One key service he provided was to listen to what we wanted to achieve, and he then made it all happen. He offered advice on current electrical hardware on the market, so we have a fully up to date installation. Occasionally he did grimace about how tricky something might be, especially if he had just finished something and we changed our minds. But whatever we asked he did it.Ben provided a complete solution. He brought in additional trades as required (plasterers/ plumbers), all of which proved to be extremely polite, helpful and competent.I have no reservation about recommending Ben Smith Electrical for either a simple one-off job or a complete house rewire.Not only does he provide a very professional service, but he is extremely easy to get on with, especially if you remember to provide lots of tea/coffee and the occasional cake.

All 5 stars. Ben and his team were really helpful and efficient. I had a few challenges in my home that he managed to resolve easily. Both first fix and second fix were effortless. Highly recommend this company. Will use again in the future Thanks very much. Simon

Ben from the very first meeting was very professional and certainly knew what he was talking about. The work was carried out very quickly from quote and cannot rate his work highly enough. It is very hard to get an electrician to come out for smaller jobs usually but nothing was too much trouble. As a result we had a few extra things fixed up and both he and Ethan went above and beyond to make sure a professional job was done.

Ben was very communicative and Ethan carried out the work in a professional manner.
