The location is stuning, but the new flats are very basic. Small, overpriced and most of them with a dead view (bricks and concrete). Little thought went into them. I inquired about the David Stow building I was interested in, they said they would send me an email to visit them. Nothing. Called a week later to confirm address just in case, waited for the new email and it's been months... poor service. It seems thet only wanted to sell the 2 new flats that were left in the block.

I was kicked out for skating on a public road. There is no sign of anything being disallowed. The road's smooth, I guess.

This place is literally stunning, situated in west end of Glasgow. Cala has built very astonishing and elegant flats and houses here. Area is so eye warming. Place is easy to reach. There is Jordan hill school within half mile. St Thomas aquinas rc secondary school is also within half mile. Hill head hockey club is also within half mile. Scotstoun stadium is also within a mile. There is enough landscape and garden. There is full pace construction work is going on in this place.

Months to complete snagging list, poor communication and customer service, incredibly difficult to get hold of site or customer service staff, promises made and not kept. Solvent smell leaking throughout the house, leak through ceiling of one bathroom into the one below (fixed (eventually) but not cleared up after. Wouldn’t buy a cala home again. All show, no substance.
