Simon and the team were absolutely brilliant at accommodating a very difficult job. I needed 3 lots of glass replacing on two drawers and a table top that were smashed during a house move. Such professionalism and humour in these difficult times made it an absolute pleasure to deal with such a wonderful company. The service was prompt and the fitter Paul gave us some great advise which was actually an undersell for the company so that was nice to see. It has simply been the icing on the cake for our new kitchen and extension, would we use them again for other jobs, YES without a doubt, thanks guys great job.

Was referred from Acorn Windows to West Bridgford Glass as I needed one double-glazed unit replaced rather than a full set of windows. Very happy with the experience, very quick and efficient process from measuring up, through a wait of a week while the unit was built and then fitting and removal/disposal of the old unit. Very reasonably priced, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended. We are delighted with the double glazing units produced which encapsulated our original leaded windows. We only expected the original windows to be cleaned, however a small section which was cracked was replaced using original glass which was a lovely surprise. Lovely friendly service from Simon. Very reasonably priced too. Would not go anywhere else.

We were really impressed with the service and turnaround time :) My dad recommended WBG (he used them about 10 years ago!) andI was glad of the reccommendation. Cheaper than most other companies we had quotes from for installing a cat flap. Simon was very personable, contact was great, overall service was fab and the quality was great also! They provided personalised advice and problem solved for us, Thank you to everyone in the team!

They changed a window in my existing patio doors complete with a cat flap opening in the glass and fitted the cat flap. very good service all the way through highly recommend, survey was very professional and the fitter went above and beyond to make this work for us. very pleased so is the cat!
