Very helpful, first visit was to have my dads wheelchair serviced, this time was for a new recliner chair for my 96 year old nan, both visits were spot on and very friendly.

The folks helped my mum and I must say the staff were very helpful, not pushy in the slightest, and very accommodating. They really helped her out and suited her needs. I would definitely recommend.

Receiving good customer service is important to everyone, but it can be particularly important to disabled customers and clients who may have very specific needs and be concerned about how these will be met by your business. Whilst legal obligations are a must, if you are committed to providing the best possible customer service, you will more than meet the requirements of the law and thus ensure that disabled customers can access your service in the same way or as close as possible to the same way as customers without a disability. I personally require that extra effort from a business, at no extra cost. Mobility Direct managed to oblige my needs without the sale/contract waffle that is commonly associated with disabled clients. Bar one previous occasion, mobility salespersons can be bullish and forceful and assume that the state of mind also is a disability. I knew what I wanted and had my mind set on it. The staff discussed details and then graciously came to Belfast with my choice. Well mannered, friendly and courteous from start to finish. I got to try my choice, tested it and without having to think twice, agreed. Within seven days, I received my new motability wheelchair, signed, sealed and delivered without a hitch. Not even the OT department of Belfast Trust could facilitate my needs and were happy to have myself confined to my home for over two years. Mobility Direct have helped more than they could imagine and for that, I am eternally grateful. All staff were very friendly and helpful, apologies for not dropping in names but it's the business name that I will remember. Disabled customers are more likely to return if they receive good customer service. Providing such service gives out a positive message to everyone about how much you value all your customers. Good customer service goes beyond a billboard flyer. This is an opportunity for retailers to get it right and to keep getting it right every day of the year for all their customers, congratulations to Mobility Direct, they have got it spot on..
