Let me down for an early appointment. Someone at the firm said they were in the local car park waiting for me. They were not. A friend of mine is a local CCTV operator and showed me the video of me waiting, but no cab in sight. I hate been let down and hate been lied to. This let down cost me a considerable amount of money.

Rang these as I had now where to turn - it was 3am and my car battery had gone flat. No friends or family were awake to help me, gave these a quick call and within 10 minutes they had a driver out to help jump my car off.
