This family business know their craft and do it very professionally. Quality of balloon decorations is topnotch and they did fantastic job for our kids birthday party. All guests who came were asking about the decoration. All decoration including personalized names, signboard, chairs and table covers etc was taken care off without much stress.

I booked Kotc Bespoke party decor for my son’s first birthday party. Bernadette was professional. Our backdrop balloon decor looked beautiful and everyone loved it! She also asked which decor you specifically want but at the same time suggests what she thinks will make the backdrop pretty. Communication was great! I’d recommend them for all your parties.
