Chicago Glass did an excellent job repairing a few chips on a massive glass table at our client's property; very happy with the result; would definitely recommend.

Chicago is excellent repairing the damaged glass, person was very supportive, he fixed all damaged glasses of whole house dedicatedly with a smile.

Chicago Glass (aka Glasweld) arranged a repair done on my car windscreen with a long arch scratches (not cracks) caused by the dirt on my wiper. When I started looking for a solution, all auto-glass companies including the one recommended by my car insurance all suggested for replacement which I wanted to avoid even with the OEM glass with concerns over potential issues (e.g. leaks and calibration on sensors etc...) may arise when it's not factory fitted. It's also not very environment or wallet friendly to replace the whole windscreen for minor scratches with insurance claim that will surely increase your renewal premium. I was sceptical at first but Petita at the company so patiently explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. The company is very well organised with Jenna and team followed up the day before my appointment. On the day, Dan a friendly and professional technician who arrived on time first thing in the morning and assured me the scratches could be fixed after inspecting the damage. A couple hours later, the scratches are gone and even cleaned up after the work. I'm very satisfied with the result.Personal opinion - it may be cheaper to pay the insurance excess for windscreen replacement but it wouldn't be as good as original factory fitted especially when you have all the gadgets and acoustic soundproof attached to the factory fitted windscreen nowadays.

CG fixed 5 chips in my large shop window - they quoted me within the hour and had availability to book me in within the week. Really quick and great quality service on the day, some of the smaller chips are invisible now. Thanks :-)

Wayne was very professional and did a brilliant job at removing all scratches from our 3 windows. I would highly recommend Chicago glass. The office were polite and helpful and keen to assist. Well done Chicago Glass.

Great service got the scratches out of a couple of vacuum units which are very expensive at £300 per sqm & takes 12weeks to arrive from China

A company you can relay on in these difficult times. From the time I contacted them to the time the glass was repaired everything when smoothly. Communication with the office, setting up the account, scheduling a date, advance notification before arrival etc. Wayne the technician was very experience and explained a lot about glass scratches and how some can and some cannot be removed. The only one i thing i will suggest is that CG needs to ask the customer in advance about power connection for the technician as some areas where the glass needs repair may be awkward to get power to. Arranged visit to remove superficial scratches from bi-fold door glass panels, caused by a window cleaner and was assured it would be straight forward and initially all seemed OK until the next morning when large milky patches appeared. A second visit was arranged for the technician to come back and polish the areas properly.Having done and once he had left I then noticed a number of new scratches that had been caused by the polishing pad and phoned Chicago Glass immediately. I was told the lady was away from her desk and she would call be back. Having heard nothing I phoned again in the afternoon only to be told she had left for the day and to call back on Monday. On Monday I called and was told she was off !! Having complained another member of staff arranged for a visit.When the 'supervisor' arrived he admitted that the scratches were the result of poor workmanship and set about to remove them. However we then noticed later that day as the sun shone through that he had overworked the area and completely distorted the glass and left large circular rings clearly visible in the door panel.After several phone calls the company offered to refund the money and stated that I was no worse off than I was before" (which clearly isn't the case as I now have to replace the whole panel). I do not understand how something so straight forward has turned into such a debacle !!***. As a footnote to the reply from Chicago Glass
