IMO Car Wash

I visited this place, and they stole from me my expensive smartphone charger. Ibrahim was not able to handle my complaint at all. He was very unprofessional as he was shouting at me aggresively just because I said I dont like when someone is fing with me. Hi inadequate response made me feel threatened. Dont go there to wash your car unless you want to lose your property and get intimidated for it

Quick, cheap, does the job and the staff are polite. Everything you need for an automatic car wash. There's even some space to park if you're doing a full valet.UPDATE:Continues to be great, without polite staff and superb service!

Very good service and it will not take more than 5 mins for a wash. Usually I will go with Triple Foam - Cost's £6.

Paid £18 for a so called ceramic coated wash and they did not even wash the wheels properly.Car was not cleaned properly let alone any ceramic coating.I had to dry the car myself and clean the trims on the outside.I would rather pay for a hand car wash the same money and get a better service.Never going back there again!

Paid £12 for HD ultra wash. The car did not have adequate pre-wash, alloys were not sprayed with the pre-wash foam, as advertised, not cleaned and still dirty after the automatic wash. Never dried properly after the wash, lot of water marks. More annoying it was not busy and still they could not do a proper advertised pre-wash, what a shameful lot. Waste of money if going for more expensive washes. Also risk of scratches on the car by dirty fast moving rollers hitting your car. In short you are paying for just getting a dusting job on your car, with quarter of car still dirty and the rest having water marks and risking scratching your paint. So if you have an old banger, don't care about the paint and getting the car properly cleaned, than possibly going for the most basic wash might be suitable, otherwise waste of money and time with risk of damage to your paint.

Went to imo for the first time after being recommended, spent £20 for wash inside and outside. Absolutely awful Job carried out, I even pointed out the area which required cleaning, he then bluntly said they were scratches, and nothing was done about.Really am disappointed and would recommend everyone to go elsewhere.

It definitely gets your car clean. It’s pricey but they do a good job. Recently they mistakenly heard me and gave me a more expensive wash. Wasn’t too pleased because I would’ve gotten a cheaper one. It’s been very crowded recently as well.

My experience isn’t bad about this place. Till now no damage to the car, the car looks clean and shiny

Mans behaviour is bad when they see taxi cars . Plus they put track fast forward i doesn't dry property leave stains on windows.

Very nice and professional service. I don't remember anyone ever washing my car so carefully. I heartily recommend.
