Asked them to change the size of my watch. Instead of accepting that they couldn’t do it, they gave me a partially adjusted watch that fell off 12 hours later. Becky was fantastic but other staff showed a lack of intuition to work out how to adjust my watch.

Had to visit this shop to collect a new strap for a watch, Becky had been really helpful on the phone and was helpful in fitting the strap. Subsequently, we bought a Rado watch and had her adjust the strap the next week. Looking forward to purchasing another watch later in the year from her.

A wedding ring which my partner had only worn for 4 days on our honeymoon was incredibly scratched. We were told this was wear and tear, which we struggled to comprehend. Unfortunately the staff were incredibly dismissive and less that sympathetic that something so important to us was so ruined. They seemed to have a lack of knowledge and professionalism offering no advise to us. To be honest we felt quite patronised. I have already contacted the WOS group customer service but unfortunately have been waiting 3 weeks with only one email which was just asking for more time.

Excellent customer service. Battery replacement took less than the estimated time frame. Although early for my appointment to collect my timepiece, staff kindly saw to me ahead of schedule

Visited the shop today to look at some watches soon got tired of being ignored so bought a very nice Tissot watch elsewhere. Two staff serving one other customer but a simple 'be with you shortly' would have sufficed but apparently not.

I had some Tesco vouchers and was a bit worried if it was alright using them in You Cheltenham store. I was greeted by Arefeh. What a lovely and helpful young lady. So helpful and spent a lot of time with me. She couldn’t do enough to help me. I would definitely recommend your store. Many thanks to Arefeh.

Just got off the phone with Hannah at Goldsmiths cheltenham. She was friendly and chatty but professional. I was 99% sure i wouldn't be able to get the product I wanted, especially using vouchers. But she overcame multiple hurdles, I've been able to buy the item I wanted and I'm awaiting the phone call to go collect it!! I'm so impressed, feel very valued and would recommend to anyone, fantastic customer service and going above and beyond a simple sale to get what I needed. Thank you Hannah!

In the past I have had brilliant service off one member of staff however today when i came in asking for advice the woman was so rude, did not have the time of day for me and did not answer any of my questions. She made me feel like i was stupid and wasting her time. For the price of what i purchased, i expect to be listened to if i think there's something wrong with it.
