Mobile Car Valeting Company

Excellent service. No issues. Completed a full Executive Valet. This was completed to the highest standard. The products used on my car were of the highest quality & well known leaders in the industry. Nothing was left uncleaned, unwiped or unpolished. Excellent communication skills throughout, very good at arranging suitable times to fit my schedule and everything was explained in a clear & friendly way. I would highly recommend this company & will be arranging further work with them. I have already recommended them to work colleagues as they instantly noticed the overall ‘gloss & shine’ my car had - looking like new.I understand that the business is under new management - from reading old reviews (good & bad) to the service that I’ve just received it’s clear that this business is ‘getting it right’.A very satisfied customer who will be using their services again.

Car was cleaned to a good standard, had no problems but would've liked the wheels completely cleaned. Could've had more work from my company but not now. Also got my review, mixed up with another customers review. Sprayed two mats and pointed this out when I mentioned that the wheels weren't completely cleaned during phone call. I was happy with the service until I seen the wheels not clean and you sent me two texts messages to give you a review and then you asked me to get my partner to phone you because another customer gave you a 1 star review, you should get you customers in order. Gold service is £65. You never gave me any different price. I paid you £15 extra. I don't care if you run out of tyre dressing I'm paying for a 5 star service apparently. Do a 5 star service and you get a 5 star rating. Simple. (5 star service is earned, not asked for).

Over the moon with theses guys. Had a mini valet and couldn't be more pleased. They arrived on time and worked non stop on the car leaving it looking great. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone

Big thanks for the great vallet. The car looks as it did when I first bought it. Was messy due to a house move but he sorted that out and finished it off immaculately. Will definitely be using again.

The team at the mobile valeting company completely revitalised my car, especially the interior which had been neglected for months. They made it extremely hassle free to get booked in and even more conveniently travelled to me to carry out the valet which prevented me from missing any time out at work. A very professional service from start to finish; I would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

Great job on first car and a decent job of the second one. We're an hour late and didn't contact me. When I called they explained the first job was a lot worse than described, fair enough, but let me know. Second car, still leaves in the boot when they'd finished. Would use again though.

I had these guys detail my Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V -Spec, and she has never looked better. A fantastic service from this company, highly recommended competitively priced, efficient service, arrived on time, and did a simply amazing job

Rang on 3 separate occasions. Left messages and my contact details and what valet I wanted. No response. There is no excuse for not responding to 3 messages.(I used another valeting firm instead. Fresh Mobile...excellent service from those guys).

I would not use this company ever again, nor recommend it to anyone I know.Initially, after I contacted them (on 20/06/2020) via email they got back to me within a matter of minutes and I was booked in for 22/06/2020. I requested the Silver Valet, advertised at £45. When I sent him photos of the car he said it would be £70 but he would polish the outside too (equivalent to the Gold Valet priced at £65). I agreed to this.On the morning of the arranged valet he rang me around 15 minutes before I was booked in to say he had arranged to do a favour for a mate so would be late.He arrived around an hour and a half later than originally planned and completed the valet, with another person. Although he was late I was happy the valet was done.Before leaving he told me he just needed to wipe inside the doors and he was finished.Upon inspection of the car after he had left, it transpired he didn't clean the doors, nor the top of the boot.When I initially saw this I was willing to not mention it because the main reason I wanted to valet was to clean the inside of the car (especially the upholstery so if that was fine then I didn't see there to be a real issue).However, later on, once the upholstery had dried the drivers seat dried patchy and actually looks worse now than it did before.I contacted him and he said he would have to come back on the morning of 29/06/2020 (a little late compared to how fast he had managed to get me booked in originally but arranged to come address the issue- so no fuss was made).On 29/06/2020 he didn't arrive so I messaged him saying I take it he isn't coming today and that I wanted a refund because I needed to pay someone else to redo it.He replied saying he would come the following day (30/06/2020), but I told him I was busy then and a few days after, so because he didn't come when first agreed, and didn't contact me to rearrange, it would mean it would be 2 weeks after the original valet nearly before it would be sorted, which I wasn't happy about.He asked what I wanted him to do and offered to come the following day after I finished work at 6:15pm.I told him I wanted him to either address the issues ASAP or provide me with a refund so I can pay someone else to, but told him I could do 30/06/2020 at 6:15pm, and thanked him.I mentioned a couple of other things I had noticed that was wrong with the valet but his response was I'm not arguing with you all night Shannon"- which in itself is a very unprofessional response.On 30/06/2020 at 6:15pm he never arrived.I sent him a letter of complaint to his business address
