Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel

Lovely Spa and excellent treatment packages. The food is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. Would really recommend for a relaxing get away and some me time"!The only negative was I had parked next to this vehicle so had to wade in water to get my car out. I did make reception aware of this (and my wet shoes!! - and also the bedroom window was leaking in water from the rain)

A blissful couple of days spent in total relaxation! All the staff were so helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of little extras such as a glass of bubbles on arrival and luxurious toiletries available to use in the spa were much appreciated. Fabulous meals were enjoyed especially the plentiful and varied breakfast on offer. I particularly loved the omelette especially made to order which was superb.Excellent spa facilities, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We will definitely be back!

Where do I start. On arriving the reception was nice and I cannot fault the staff. However the changing rooms were filthy, the shower I used had some unknown speckles on the wall. After getting changed the door to the spa area opened and and it sounded like a caravan park leisure centre with a very strange layout. The Nordic spa area is a great idea but again there was mould on the cold shower area. The saunas were not that hot and there was no water to put on the stones? Everywhere other spa I have visited, this has been the case. And the best bit was the stench of sulphur coming from the main spa area with the big pool. We left early. The spa should be clean above all else. I can’t believe this was on the good spa website. My gym is more relaxing.

We spent a lovely 2 days here . Food was fantastic and the service excellent.We had a number of treatments which were rather pricey but not out of the norm for a luxury spa venue such as hoar cross hall.The whole experience was great.

Recently attended here for a wedding, the wedding was lovely, the only thing I would pick out on the wedding is we had complimentary drinks, but nothing was chilled, so the welcome drinks for everyone before the meal were warm. The staff during the meal were great, special shout out to our waiter George who looked after us 10/10. And from then everything was lovely. The room was lovely, clean, and well laid out. The breakfast was the biggest flaw for me, the lady at the front of the room directed us to the room for wedding guests, and as we entered, every table was littered with old plates with peoples food on, no plates had been cleared up and it looks like the whole time this had happened because the plates were stacking up on some tables. Also the breakfast was a very basic serve yourself breakfast, though I've had better at Marstons, and they don't charge over £200 a night.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with plenty of areas to sit and relax. The spa is amazing. The food is good, although the menu contains a lot of chilli, but the staff do their best to accommodate dietary requirements. I would definitely return.

Stunning place! Spa facilities are amazing. Third time we've stayed here. No other Spa that we've been to beats this place we always end up comparing other places to Hoar Cross Hall. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and with the delicious food, lovely rooms and Spa facilities that are included in your stay why not treat yourself every now and again. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

The first time I have been to this hotel and spa. What a wonderful experience. The hotel.room had a broken window latch but didn't take anything away from my time here. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all to a.very high level as was the service throughout the hotel and spa. I had a warm muscle massage that was excellent. Can't wait to visit again next year as I will certainly be coming here again for a.second time.

WOW... What a fantastic place, we only visited to buy a gift voucher as a gift for Christmas and were given a tour of hotel and Spa, we were just blown away by the outstanding helpful service by all the staff.This place is like a giant maze which you just want to get lost in for days... going to start saving up for our visit.Thank you so much by taking the time to show us around.

Wow. Half way through a 2 night spa break.Had the best reception I’ve ever had at any hotel from Ian on the welcome desk.The staff are so friendly and down to earth. Our room was stunning with a view over the frosty gardens, and we have our own private hot tub.The spa facilities are endless and the treatment I booked was spot on.The food is good, no complaints there. The staff are very attentive.If you want to treat yourself, this is the place!
