Last week I booked in to have my MTB assessed to see what work it needed. The communication from Leon was instant and helpful from start to finish and the quotation I received was clear and informative.Leon allowed me to drop off and pick up the bike after I had finished work which was very appreciated. The bike itself feels fresh and new and I received a run through of all the work that was undertaken. Leon had even replaced bolts which were corroded which just added to my positive experience. Leon did a fantastic job on replacing the hanger on my brand new eMTB that was damaged during delivery. Not only that, he came around to my house almost straight away to pick up the bike, assess the work, effect a temporary fix so I could ride the bike whilst the part was on order, and then dropped it back to me - now that's great service! When the new part arrived he fitted me straight in and sorted it out very quickly, leaving me the original hanger to hold on to as a spare. I enjoyed talking to Leon about biking in general and he gave me loads of tips and advice. Very highly recommended and I would not consider going anywhere else for future bike repairs/servicing etc.

Horribly rude man. Received a bike scheme voucher and was hoping to get my bike serviced. It is a second-hand bike and had been working perfectly just the chain comes off once in a while. On the call the owner was rude and said he was hangry" because of the numerous calls he was getting after the bike scheme was launched. Well nobody was forced to register for it so why bother complaining. He asked me to send my bike pictures over the email which I did and he replied stating to work on my bike " is like trying to scrape of the charred part of a burnt toast"

Contacted BikeWise SW about restoring my old bike that had been stored in my garage for the past 5 years.They emailed back with a not very helpful response and didn’t seem interested in taking on the project.Tried following up explaining that I appreciated it might be expensive to restore but that was fine as it was a good bike.They said they let me know when they had availability and never did.Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Leon is professional and punctual. He really helped me out last minute and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend his services.
