Claire is the most wonderful group leader, she is super creative, always has a smile to cheer you up, I have never felt judged along my weight loss journey, only hugely supported! She is a massive inspiration and we always have loads of fun at group, knowing we are all on this journey together. Can’t recommend this group leader enough!

I have really enjoyed joining this group. I felt very welcome from the start and well informed. Claire explained the plan clearly and gives lots of hints and tips.
