Great supply for everything you might need (electrical or plumbing for a caravan or boat.I went in for a tap , after searching everywhere ( and its limited on the east side of norfolk) for bits and this shop seems to have everything you might need. A good find, and Norfolk needs more of these kind of shops as we keep losing a 'walk in' DIYs/Chandlery thanks to the internet shopping. Staff very helpful, and know what they are talking about, which was more than I did!

Tanya and Nick work tirelessly in the shop and the surrounding area, their knowledge of the products, procedures and standards are amazing, they really go the extra mile to help with any problems you may present them with. The prices are very competitive, you'll struggle to find quality products at a better price,I really can't recommend this company enough.

The team at Brian Wards built two backlit electrical distribution boards for our Oyster 62. It was an extremely complex job, undertaken mainly by email, and they did a fantastic job. You get what you pay for, it wasn’t cheap, but it was well worth the charge. They are professional and great to work with.

Can’t thank Brian Ward and his staff enough. Had a problem getting a jabsco 2.9 water pump and they came to my rescue. I received the item the day after i ordered it. Very reasonable price, excellent service and helpful advice. I will definitely be recommending Brian to my fellow boaters. Thankyou.

You may find the odd cheaper price online but the service you get is well worth paying the tiny bit extra. I had an expensive toilet go wrong a few weeks after the warranty expired and they were so helpful arguing with the supplier and getting a replacement part.
