Dundas Dental Practice

Doctor doesn't say truth, just wants money. Never showed me x-ray. Was going to treat pretty expensively very small decay. And the big one which touched the nerve, wanted to treat without warning that it may turn into long process and huge price.

I have been going to Denise, the female dentist for over 20 years. I do not have any fillings and have never had a tooth removed due to her amazing care of my teeth. She explains everything she is doing and is always very gentle with me. All the staff are very welcoming and professional and very friendly. They have looked after all my families teeth and we trust them implicitly. I would highly recommend them.

Great dentist. Transferred here when I couldn't find a settled dentist in the wider Falkirk area. Been at Dundas for seven years now and teeth staying great thanks to the care and advice provided.

Excellent dental service. Words can't explain how satisfied l am with dental treatments i've received from Paul McGroarty and from The Dental Nurses. Previously, l was a bag of nerves going to the dentists. Since joining Dundas Dental, l feel very comfortable, relaxed and getting the best service, thank you.

***DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST***Female dentist sabbotaged four of my teeth during a scale and polish. Used the descaler to create groves in my teeth (four). Then, next time I went in she said there was wee groves that need filling in". I said "yeah! That was you!". Her face

I would highly recommend Dundas Dental Practice, to anyone. They are very professional, provide excellent service and have genuinely caring staff who can’t do enough for you, I used to be scared of going to the dentist but they really put you at ease and talk you through your treatment

I have been coming to this dentist for around 2 or more years and everytime I come in, I'm made to feel welcome and comfortable. Hannah my dentist is by far the best dentist on this planet. She makes me feel comfortable, knows my worry about my teeth and confidence issues. She has gone out her way to help me in ways other dentists haven't!! Amazing service each time I'm in.

I do not recommend to anyone. A few years ago I went there for the first time. There was supposed to be a check. It turned out that I have a few holes and need to be repaired. Of course, I didn't feel any pain before the first meeting. A few teeth were repaired, or rather the replacement of the fillings that had been set 20 years earlier and were still in the teeth. After these small procedures, the dentist suggested putting on tooth veneers. Of course I agreed. After 1 week all veneers fell off while I was asleep and I had them in my mouth when I woke up. When I went with the complaint, the lady said there was no guarantee.Today I wanted to make an emergency visit because the tooth they are repairing is completely damaged and hurts. After making an appointment, I got a call 6 hours before the visit that they didn't have time, I can only come, they will check it and decide when to repair or remove the tooth. It is a joke if this is an emergency visit. We watch what we see and decide if we will have time for it and when. If my money that I pay for NIN goes to such clinics, it is a waste of funds that can be transferred to completely different purposes that will help humanity and will not fill the pockets of people who treat treating people as a good business.

As someone who is petrified from dentists I get very emotional when I visit the dentist but Paul & the team can't do enough to put me at ease. I still do not like going to the dentist but this surgery & team are fantastic. 10/10

I understand I failed couple of appointments during the year,but I never got any notification,I tried to rearrange them all the time and I would be willing to pays fees for my missing appointments.i missed the appointments because my son been diagnosed with cancer last year and it's been very hard year for me when I was constantly in and out of hospital.Now I have pain in my teeths and no dentist can see me due to Covid.
