Great service and they were able to fix my necklace whilst I waited. I was definitely prepared to have to come back to collect but they could do a same day repair. Excellent customer service as well.

Always a fantastic service. After over 2 years of not being able to wear my eternity ring it was resized, stones reset, replated and looking as good as the day I got it. My engagement ring was given equally good treatment. A very trustworthy and professional service and friendly staff (and my first shopping stop if I ever win the lottery)

GREAT. The staff have been great all the way through the process. We got my daughters signet ring here and the service was excellent. They were recommended by a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. My daughter had happy tears when she saw the finished ring.

Couldn't fault the staff or knecklace at all .I lost my chain a year ago and wanted a new one , you are greeted from the front door , staff were friendly and helpful . A few weeks later I wanted to make my chain shorter , I simply walked in and they took the time to make sure I was 100% happy .Ps , I never leave reviews but in this case they deserved it ! .

Amazing!Tried several jewellers" within the shopping centres in Cambridge to have my wife's ring cleaned only to be told that they only offer this service if you bought the jewellery from them.Walked straight into Cellinis who were able to do this while we waited.Professional

I used Cellini jewellers twice for altering my jewellery. While the wait times can be slightly long and their services are on a more expensive end, the quality was very good, I was given informative consultations and the result was as expected. I would have never guessed myself, even upon a close inspection, that the jewellery was not made this way originally.

Helpful staff and great service. I had them redesign some jewellery for me and throughout they ensured the designs were what I wanted and end result is lovely. Also resized my husbands wedding ring on the spot when we went into the store, and cleaned my engagement ring for free. Will always go there from now on!

Wonderful wonderful service. Very kind people and a fascinating gold smith who showed us his tools from his father's master before WWII. My partner and I found the whole experience of reshaping a ring totally fascinating and it was great to watch it first hand. Great service, would high recommend. Thank you so much, my ring is beautiful again :-)
