Booked online, very easy. Wonderful comfy sofas in screen 2. Staff polite. Cinema dated but has character. Toilets clean but do need decorating. For £11.20 for 2 great value for money. More people should support this wonderful local cinema so we don't lose it!!!

Quaint little cinema. I was very happy that they didn't play the soundtrack to the movie unbearably loud like other movie houses do. Ladies toilets could do with an upgrade though. On the whole, an unexpected gem in Fakenham.

Was spoken to with no manners what so ever and was attended to with no manners by the boss of the building do not recommend will definitely not be coming back I’ve never experienced such poor service in my life very disappointed do not go here

we booked tickets for barbie (the movie experience) to start at 7:30pm expecting it to start around 15 minutes later due to adverts and trailers. We arrived at 7:45pm and a very very rude man at the desk told us that the movie had started 17 minutes ago. When we asked him if that included trailers etc. he rudely answered ‘no, we don’t advertise trailers here- you should know that’. He also then proceeded to tell us that we wouldn’t find space in there to sit together. He then completely ignored us and did not say a word to us as we walked out. Rude and disrespectful for no reason.

A fantastic small cinema where I almost always get the place to myself! What more can you ask for than a sofa in front of a massive screen which wouldn't fit in your house?A great cinema for young children who find large chain cinemas overwhelming, too.

Can't get better value than this! Even have leather chairs in part of the cinema that are very comfortable. My family of 4 paid £22.50 inc booking fee

What a mess of a cinema! They accept cash only even to buy tickets which is ridiculous considering we're in 2023. The seats are not marked so you can't choose where to sit when buying the ticket - it's a run for all. The sound system is horrible, the rooms are stuffy and hot and they just put a fan in to make it better. Should have driven to Norwich.
