moved into property 2 years ago with rotten old shed, shed fell apart in bad weather recently and is dangerous with exposed electrics and water leaking inselwood kindly tell me this rotten old she was a gift" and not their responsibilityof course they didnt tell me it was a "gift" before

I was harassed and bulled over the last two years regarding too loud talk , too loud laugh , too loud walk between room even when it’s not anti social behaviour , once I had cast for about 6-7 weeks and for the first 4 weeks I have hardly did any walking at all and i have received complain that I quote I am walking too loud " I found this so ridiculous but yet was investigated by Selwood

The one star is generous Selwood housing are a complet joke , everyone should stay clear of the “charity” company ... all they care about is getting money out of residents , their zero tolerance policy is a load of rubbish as they don’t do anything to help any residents. They have given me nonstop false information on everything ! When we went for our pre tenancy interview we were told that we would be moved to another selwood property when our daughter needed a garden . This didn’t happen and she has nowhere to play here . The repairs are awful as well ! We waited just over a month to get our daughter window replaced ! In this time she had chipboard in the window, this resulted in a chest infection and a trip to a+e to be put on a nebuliser. No care was given that they made my child poorly ! The alarms in the block of flats will be going off for four hours before they will send anyone out to reset them ! I have visited there offices and again just get fobbed off with the same things log it or we will chase this up . NOTHING ever gets done about anything going on no matter how high up the management ladder you go . On top of this my partner and I now have anxiety and depression due to where we live and living conditions and selwood housing still show no care .

I just don't have the words for this abysmal company, I am currently having to pursue legal action for a personal injury claim after mortar from the neighbours roof fell and hit me, and yet they knew about the falling mortar on the 9th March, my accident was on the 26th March, and were now the 7th April and there still not trying to do anything other than write off to the LABC. We have reported defect, after defect, haven't even had a working front door since moving it, it's been replaced and it's still spent most of its life taped shut to stop all the bugs and water coming in, this is a 3 year old help to buy house and we are treated so poorly by them. They have threatened, they have bullied, and they have done nothing to protect the residents here in any way. All the time they look for excuses out of problems rather than fixes. This company has single handely put my family through hell since a few days after we moved in by inaction.

I have been an tenant for a period of time and have found the people I have dealt with are professionals.Also their approach to include tenants in decision and policy improvements.They are helpful and provide what at times must be a difficult job to please all, especially in times of emergencies.They have clear policies. Named people to contact. Contact points and repair group who manage the day to day property repairs.They have a large portfolio of property and they have a setup that works well for tenants.Systems in place to support tenants with their tenancies.Every business has times when things may seem not to happen.Behind the scenes this business is working hard to improve overall expectations and customer satisfaction.This is an ever changing environment that takes a lot of work and dedication across all teams to succeed.For myself ,I am happy with their services and provision.

Been a tenant for 11 years next month . Can safely say any repairs I have reported have been dealt with..did have new windows a few years ago had a major problem with who they contacted in ( he broke my sink and left without saying ) they even sorted that super quick always found staff to be helpful an supportive. Mike birch was one the best I'm personally grateful for his input and help a few years ago..

I've been a tenant for over 20yrs and can honestly say that this is an excellent housing association. Any repairs I have raised have always been dealt with swiftly and with very professional friendly staff. I would definitely recommend selwood compared to other housing associations.

You are the worst housing provider I have ever had the misfortune to know.This flat has been unsuitable from the day I moved in. Constant draughts from poor workmanship and a lack of care replacing a window before re-letting.Your complaints process is a joke. Anti social residents get free reign to continue their behaviour!Because of the complete lack of professionalism I'm experiencing I have now involved the ombudsman to get something done.Looking at most of the reviews it's a wonder you're still in business.There's little point complaining to you any longer as you do absolutely nothing towards the duty of care to your residents. A course of legal action is probably the only way to get heard by you.Disgusting conduct .
