I recently ordered a pair of personalized plugs with my own image on them. I was super excited and submitted my order without checking to make sure I had the right size, after I had paid and placed the order I had realized I had ordered a size too small.I reached out to the customer service email that was provided and almost immediately I was emailed back by Lotti.Lotti was super friendly and informed me that they had gone ahead and changed the size on my order. I have never experienced customer service quite as nice as that before over here in the U.SIt only took a little bit less than 2 weeks for my plugs to get here, which is really fast considering how far they had to go to get to me. The packaging was even super awesome. And the plugs themselves look better than I could have hoped for. This company is amazing and will be receiving much more business from me in the future! Absolutely great service. We have ordered from them several times and everytime we have a great experience. They have even provided a freebie in the past as we have been recurring customers. On one occasion we accidently had the wrong plug sizes sent, but a quick email conversation quickly remedied that and a new set was in the post with a matter of minutes.Seriously cannot recommend them enough!

I’m very happy with this product! I was looking for a beginner kit since I had never stretched before, and this has been perfect. Other websites only sell pieces individually, or of cheaper materials. I’ve also seen websites that sell glass plugs, but only for bigger sizes. I looked everywhere for a better deal but this is it, it’s the best option in terms of price and quality. I accidentally ordered the wrong kit and customer service was incredibly quick in solving my issue! They were really nice and sent the right kit right away. Highly recommend if you’re just starting your stretching journey! I’ve been using mine for a few weeks and so far I’ve had a great experience.

I’ve brought tunnels and plugs from here in the past (and from many other retailers)Custom Plugs is definitely my favourite, apart from the high quality of the jewellery (and just snagging a 241 deal on my last order, I think I might even like the free random pair better than the ones I ordered), the whole experience is fun, neatly packaged, stickers, even the envelope has art on it.I’m not one to normally write reviews but this one deserves some nice wordsCheers !
