Be careful if you're new to harnesses, I recommend buying a standard product first, rather than made to measure. At least you'll have a better idea of what fits and can exchange it for the next size or made to measure version. As a novice I relied on the experience of the supplier and got made to measure, but I was measuring a dog who was limp with morphine and a standard fit would of been best. As it is, I have a bespoke harness that's too small, can't be refunded or exchanged and £51.00 wasted. All rather upsetting when the vet has just given a diagnosis of slipped disc in the neck for your dog and possible surgery required. Final part of this story is, the harness was not actually needed, diagnosis was incorrect and the pain was the result of incorrect angle of the needle used at the time of booster vaccination (same day). It may be headed for the bin but it is very well made. Makes you want to weep doesn't it!

I got a beautiful harness for Gordin it fits him so well.He loved it straight away he stopped pulling and enjoyed going out on walks with him so thank you Joanne and all the crew who work there . Will send picture when back home

Great service and communication. We have bought two or three harnesses for Dottie our very small and nervous border collie which when stressed she's managed to slip. I decided to buy a bespoke harness from eDog Products, which involved speaking to them on the phone and giving two measurements which they talk you through. It was fairly expensive as harnesses go but worth every penny for Dottie's safety. It fits brilliantly and we're delighted with our water resistant Splashy harness.

Fantastic service! So friendly and can’t do enough to help you! My puppy has only worn and will only wear harnesses from this company due to their fantastic quality and brilliant customer service. As with all puppies, mine ended up chewing and breaking their first harness and I was able to send it back for repairs. Now he’s an older puppy he needs a bigger harness and I went straight back to this company. Fantastic!!!

Absolutely fantastic!We were recommend to edog by my sister who is also a vet physio. She recommended them due to the fully padded harness and the way it supports natural movement without restrictions whilst also helping with any pulling issues.My pup needed a custom made harness as he is deeper in the chest. Joanne was fantastic, phoned me, took all the measurements, ran through the options and then emailed me to check we were happy with it. She even gave a discount on the matching lead which was very much appreciated. The harness has arrived and fits perfectly. I got the waterproof option which is still so comfortably padded and looks very smart.10/10 recommend for a brilliant product, great pricing and outstanding customer service.Thank you.

We just got our custom made harness and wow - it’s the first time a harness fits properly - what a massive game changer - we had tried everything for my slim Weimaraner (chest is narrow and deep). It looks very comfortable (and it looks good too) and it is a relief to use a harness that doesn’t twist

I purchased an £80 Bergan harness and was advised the correct size by eDog, namely Joanne Storr. The harness arrived minus the advertised strap but I already had one so let it pass, and the box was torn. The harness developed a problem which I advised the company of. Joanne refused to entertain the possibility of a fault and told me to send it to the manufacturer ( in the USA) if I wanted it tested. This was contrary to my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Joanne got progressively rude in her replies to me and her colleague then made a false allegation that I had been driving illegally and dangerously with an unsecured dog in my car. Was this supposed to intimidate me and make me back off? Such nonsense.I contacted Citizens Advice and forwarded all correspondence, showing how they were ignoring my rights, and they subsequently advised me that they had passed this on to Trading Standards. They advised I send a letter asking for a full refund and whether eDog were part of an Alternative Resolution Scheme. eDog did not reply.I then contacted PayPal with my proof of all correspondence and the dispute was ruled in my favour and I was awarded a full refund. Edog had no intention of testing the harness let alone refunding me, but they flouted the law by ignoring my consumer rights and I did not just give up and go away as they no doubt hoped. Their customer service skills are second to none in their unprofessionalism. I wish I had read through all the poor reviews and the testimonial from a previous employee on their EDog Products Facebook page before I bought anything from them. Beware of purchasing from this company unless you are either prepared to lose your money if things go wrong, or put up a fight. Know your rights.

What an incredible find! I searched the internet for quality bespoke dog harnesses and found E-Dog fleece Dog Harnesses ...an absolutely wonderful small business located in The Lake District. Joanne Spurr ..Owner/Proprietor greeted me warmly and thence took me through a measuring process by phone with me using a piece of string and tape measure under guidance and recalling the numbers back to her ...unbelevable! Joanne's team spearheaded by the experienced Nicola and ''Seamstress'' Becky soon took over and placed the ''numbers'' into an order which was made ready for me in under 2 weeks. This included discussing a very unique design with Joanne and her needing to import special ribbons from the USA to create the piece....Becky deployed her super skills on design format and produced an absolutely marvellous harness for my worthy Clumber spaniel and he has become even more of a head turner everywhere we go . E-Dog Fleece harnesses has to be one of Cumbria's best kept secrets and I have since been busy informing all my friends and associates about them. A good old fashioned service with a family style business maturity. The product construction and quality are tip top and I am extremely pleased. Thankyou Ladies.......
