Method Valuation UK LTD

Paid for a vaulation in November 2018. It is now June 2019, still no one has valued the property and still no refund. I have contacted them numerous amount of times all to be told that will sort the refund out ‘next week’. Robbed out of £580.

This company are the WORST Valuation…This company are the WORST Valuation companies i have come across.Their marketing says they will be quick and easy to do business with.the challenge is they are not.We asked them to Value our property for the lender Together (incidentally Together are not using them going forward due to lots of issues with other clients)The Valued it on the resi instead of commercial, we asked them to change this and it is a slow and painful process.I'm on a deadline to exchange and Method do not care, they have taken my money and dont care i may lose the property.My broker has spoken to Lauren a manager there who is not at all helpful.I would avoid this company for any commercial valuations you need.

Method are quick and easy to deal with. All the staff there from the lovely ladies who deal with our main queries (you know who you are Lauren and Sue) to the managers who deal with the more complex queries are fully knowledgeable and love to help. Any issues that do arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively
