I went to this shop earlier today to get my seat post unstuck as it was jammed and I could not adjust it to a comfortable position for me to ride. Within 5 minutes these guys managed to loosen the seat post and remove any rust from it which caused the problem initially. As I'm short on funds they told me to just bring them both some beers and chocolate biscuits when I'm next in the area which was very kind of them. Could not recommend these guys enough!! Will definitely be using this business again!

This place is fantastic - 2 big floors of bikes in stock and we were able to take them on test rides around the block. The staff there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - there is nothing they don't know about bikes. They weren't pushy to get the sale at all, just offered loads of advice to help us make the best decision - we were there for about 2 hours and never felt rushed once. My husband bought a gravel bike and I'll be going back to buy a road bike shortly. Can't rate them highly enough!

Bought a pre loved bike from this store in May 2023 and so was told that there would be a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase.The service offered was very friendly and quick.After a few days my gears broke and they replaced that for free.. without even charging me for anything.Then after 2 months which was still in the warranty period, there were some minor issues for which they changed a bit of money, which I was not very happy about. However the service is quick and the staff are good.

Read reviews on where to get panniers locally and decided on cycleworld Portsmouth. Great service from Dave. Recommended, purchased and he fitted all without any need to book in. Did 2 bikes within an hour.

Popped in to look at a bike for my daughter. They were that helpful and friendly I left with one for my son as well. I loved the fact that they took the time to explain different things. Let the kids have a little ride outside the shop to get a feel for what they wanted. With absolutely no pressure to buy. If someone is pushy I leave immediately. These guys weren't at all.They even offered to sort out my boys old bike with a free service so that he can sell it online knowing it's right.Great local shop with plenty of stock.Would definitely recommend.
