Astroturf football cages

Great place to play football, everyone there is friendly and will let you join in a random game and it is also great when no randoms are around and you can just have a kick-about with some mates or to have a serious training session, only ever problem is that is usually quite busy and sometimes too busy to play at all but this is not the fault of the facility and instead just the result of it being such a good place for football, the conditions are very good the ground is 4G Astro turf that is playable in all conditions including snow sometimes. The green fences mean most shots don’t go rolling miles away like they do with net-less goal posts in the rest of the park. They are also open until 10:15 when the lights go out which means there is plenty of time to play in the day 7 days a week. Only other problem is that sometimes people leave empty water bottles and other litter but again that is the fault of the users of the court and not the court itself. Also I believe once a week someone comes round and does a clear up anyway so they are still making an effort, all and all a very nice and good facility for football in the local park and a staple of Clarendon park
