It’s been several years since we visited Pizza Hut Kings Lynn - what a disappointment.On arrival the restaurant wasn’t busy but we seemed to wait for ever to be seated, we had booked prior. Several empty tables that were yet to be cleared from previous customers.During explanation of the ordering system, our host continued to pick debris off our table, as it wasn’t clear - why not get a cloth?We found the ordering process fairly straight forward but deals weren’t really clear. We wasn’t sure on where we’d get our drinks glasses or salad bowls from, as this hadn’t been explained.Along with several uncleared tables, the mess on the restaurant floor resembled that of a chimps tea party.The salad bar was mostly empty of its selection, with people asking for a replenishment.Staff appeared happy and busy, but not really sure on what they were doing.Food however was good - thank you.Menu could really do with an update. For the price we paid we will not be returning- very disappointed

We recently ate here and arrived 20 minutes until the end of the buffet. Not only were fresh pizzas made, but an employee named Jimmy treated us like we were the most imortant people in the world! Great service from Kimmy, the restaurant business needs more employees like him!

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for a while, friendly greeting and explained to that it’s cashless and order by app - which is perfect. Really pleased that they are still being covid cautious.Food was as nice as I remember, vegan no-chicken side needs some vegan mayo or dip as it was quite dry without, but a good flavour.

It was a nice experience in here the staffs were really good and looking after the customers . Enjoyed the time we were in there with family. It is one of the best place to have a birthday party, kids love here..

Family of 3 we all had the upgraded buffet which means salad, pizza and ice cream with pop unlimited. Slow to start with the waiting for the pizzas to be on display due to the hut having to cope with x3 large orders snd the buffet.. but was worth it. Choice of pizza was great and the ice cream delicious as always x

British Pizza Hut restaurants stopped providing Parmesan cheese several years ago. American Pizza Huts never discontinued it--they've always provided Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Our UK Pizza Hut recently brought it back to the delight of customers. This simple effort shows you care about your customers! Please do not discontinue providing shredded Parmesan cheese!!! Love the buffet, too!

I have always liked pizza hut haven't been for a couple years tho so took my family yesterday. The food was yummy and the staff lovely the only criticism I have is you have to order via the app now that's ok for me with a phone but some of the older generation may not have that option. The prices were also a lot higher then I remember. But other then that a nice pleasant experience. X

I absolutely loved my experience at Pizza Hut! The variety of delicious pizzas on the menu was impressive, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was enjoyable. The cozy ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The pizza was cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and generous toppings. I can't wait to visit again and try more of their mouthwatering options!

Wow, overpriced or what? We had an individual pizza each, fries each and onion rings each, as well as a can of creme soda and a latte, it came to £61. The can of drink alone was £2.50ish. And the food was not great to be honest. Wish I wasn't so lazy and walked to dominoes now. I won't be going again. However the service was friendly and nice.
