Vista Blinds

Great, quick and reasonably priced service. I needed blinds fitting quickly (2 times) and both times they got someone out to measure and fit very quickly without charging crazy prices. Will use for any blinds in the future. Very friendly helpful phone staff too.

With the situation between coronavirus and shortages in production and deliveries, within 3 weeks my sister had her home measured, selections made, and blinds installed. I have used Vista blinds twice in the last 3 years for 2 different homes. I can say they provided a friendly accommodating service and were easy to deal with from the measuring to the fitting. Vista blinds have a vast a range of products and colours to choose from and the finished product was of high quality. They left the area clean tidy and free from mess. I will certainly use Vista blinds in the future.

Patronising on the phone. Didn't turn up for scheduled appointment to measure up (actually implied I had made the appointment for a different day which I hadn't!) So far not impressed, so looking elsewhere.Update following response from owner - The date was specifically arranged and I took time off work (There was certainly no mistake made on my part!) When told that they could get someone to call on their way home from work, I was made out to be the one inconveniencing them! I was spoken to in a very patronising and condescending manner, constantly being referred to as 'love' and 'dear'. Sorry love you have the wrong day". Being able to apologise to a customer and accept responsibility would have been fine. However

Excellent service from initial query to final fitting. Great quality, value for money blinds. I would have no hesitation recommending Vista Blinds to others.
