My son booked a holiday here last year but unfortunately couldn’t go. He cancelled after paying the full amount of over £900 , he was told the cancellation policy worked on a time/depreciation scale so he would only get 10% back , disappointing but agreed but still over 7months later had no money and they won’t even reply to messages??? Very poor so will now be taking things further

Sophie was really helpful and put it more effort than necessary to make sure we enjoyed our time away

We have booked numerous times very efficient and helpful highly recommend
