Was a highly professional service. Tammy Jo was able to locate the source of the muscular pain that I was having and treated it. This was my first sports massage and Tammy Jo explained everything fully and listened to my responses as she applied treatment. She contacted me after the treatment to check how I was feeling. Will definitely use again.

Tammy is excellent, she has a good understanding of why you might have difficulties with pain and also what needs to be done to help you. She is able to communicate to you in easy to understand language and has a good knowledge of lactic acid build up and she uses a variety of techniques to help relieve pain. She is also very accommodating and flexible.Highly recommended
