Well, what a pleasure it was today, my wife and called in at the Telford Centre branch to get two new watches straps adjusted, and we were dealt with by a very pleasant and helpful man, just wish other retailers took a leaf out his book, and he had the job ready for us after about 20mins or so, at competitive prices....we will certainly be calling in again, great service.

Great service. My husband wanted a battery for his watch which was £9.95 but the gentleman suggested paying another £5 and all batteries from then on are free for life. Not everyone would have told us that.

Marv is such a lovely, friendly man, I took a shoe in with the sole hanging off and he fixed it free of charge while I did my grocery shopping in Tesco, he’s an absolute star ⭐️

Came here to get a very awkward key cut from an very old car key that had snapped and bent. The guy who did it did a great job and was very kind and helpful. Would recommend.
