Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is at a great location with only 2 stops of a bus ride. We booked a room for 3 people, the room is pretty big, but the size of the sofa bed is much smaller than my expectation. I would say it is rather a sofa than a bed. The room service is slow, after 2 calls to the front desk for a hair dryer for 20 minutes, the problem finally solved. The breakfast is good with various of food available. In general, the hotel is good and worth the money

I’ve enjoyed my stay and found the staff at Holiday Inn excellent and in particular a young waiter called Velington. He was professional and very attentive, clearing away breakfast plates and checking that we had everything we needed. At lunchtime he also showed us all the options for the hot buffet and offered to bring drinks to our table. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay!

Whenever you go for a work trip and leave the comfort of your home is not easy. I recently came back from London where I had to stay for two weeks and I would like to give special thanks to Alexandra from the reception who was very professional, welcoming and helpful my entire stay at Holiday Inn Express. The check in was very fast and she provided me all the information I needed. She went above and beyond my expectations. The room was basic, clean but the bed very comfortable The breakfast menu was the same every day and for two weeks was a little boring but Gilbert was always there to make the difference and ensure I had my fruits every morning. Thank you Gilbert for being so attentive and putting a smile on my face every morning. It is a transit hotel but people like them make the difference. Thank you Alexandra, Gilbert and the entire team.

We stayed an extra night due to our flight being delayed. Honestly, the staff are amazing. Dominic at reception ensured we could still stay in our wheelchair accessible room (which was my main concern). At breakfast Alifa was wonderful, professional & courteous. When you have good accommodation & great staff why would you stay anywhere else!

Loved the place. The hotel is really close to Heathrow airport, you just need a quick bus trip (2 stops) to get to it. Staff always helpful and polite, with cozy and clean rooms. Despite the fact that you can see and hear planes departing and arriving all the time while outside, there is total silence indoors. Special thanks to Dominic at the reception!!

Excellent, clean, lovely polite staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. We visited with Angela Holidays coach. We managed to get sleep & nothing was broken in our room. Beats other hotels we have stayed in, in the UK. Very professional hotel. Amazing to see the pilots & air hostesses.

A really good hotel on the Bath Road right next to Heathrow airport. The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and very well laid out. I’ve stayed here a few times before and after travelling from LHR. We arrived early this morning after a long and tiring night flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special mention to Sam on reception who gave us a very warm welcome and sorted our room in double quick time. Excellent customer service. Many thanks indeed!

We stayed at this lovely hotel as a stop off on our travels. A great establishment which certainly was value for money. Evening meal was lovely. Breakfast was super & certainly sets you up for a long day. Special mention to Valington working the morning breakfast shift, he was super kind, efficient & considerate, accurately preemptive on your every need. My only negative was we only stayed one night. Great Hotel, great people!!!!

Amazing stay! The Breakfast is absolutely amazing as well! Big variety and fresh ingredients. The staff was amazing as well! A big shout out to Velington who attended us for the breakfast. Great customer service and great smile! We will back soon.
