I absolutely love the items in store and bought multiple things here, however when I bought some faulty pants that ripped along the pocket seam after wearing them for less than 4 hours I was told they couldn't be refunded or swapped for a new pair (mind you, it was within the 28 days).The staff member I spoke to was nice and friendly, however she was only able to give me the solution to sew it up myself". The boss & staff are extremely kind and very generous, as a support worker I took a resident to this shop and the staff were so kind and so friendly, took the time to make the resident feel welcomed and understood

My daughter and I love this shop. It's one of those shops you have to go into for a browse, then end up buying lots of alternative, amazing things.

By far the worst customer experience staff hang around by the till talking to each other noone able to help with getting anything from the high up area the clothes are over packed and they put them high up so short people like myself can't get anything down! If staff aren't stood talking at the till area they are following you around as if your a thief making it a very uncomfortable experience to be in the store? It's also dirty with dust bunnies around very dusty shoes aswell when looking at the them. They staff are rude aswell when your forced to ask them to reach something down for you to look at they roll their eyes as if it to much trouble to help a customer I was intending on spending alot of money In store but as they are so rude and the store looks more like a thrift shop with items thrown on the shelves aswell as clothes on the dirty floor.It also so expensive for what they sell I can buy the items from the direct company's rather support a local business! Over all experience very disappointing with the way they treat customers.What kind of company hire people who just don't care about customers who are willing to spend money in the store very rude and they lie too as I over heard them say I can't be bothered going up for shoes so just said we don't have the size in stock this is while I was waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was stood there waiting for assistance.If I could i would give half a star as that is all they have earned!
