E-nails

I had build a gel put on my nails on Saturday (4 days ago), the lady that did them was lovely however yesterday I noticed that one of my nails had snapped slightly causing part of the gel to peel off and then the same thing has happened today to another nail. I had build a gel as I am trying to grow my nails and this is suppose to be one of the best ways however they are still snapping just as much. I have also noticed that I have little lumps/bubbles which have appeared on each nail since Sunday and some have started lifting off my nail. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend at all.(First and last photo shows lumps/bubbles, second photo you can see where the gel is peeling away)

Worst place to get your nails done in derby they have ruined mine as well as cut almost every finger. The woman in charge is horrible and talks to customers like rubbish. She says she’s not in charge but on companies house it’s only her name not the man she claims is in charge. I have reported them to tracing standards and logged a complaint with solicitors that specialise in negligence in beauty

I had a lovely lady did my nails and we had a nice conversation, she did my nails beautifully and i’m so happy with the outcome. I asked for square and got coffin but I think i actually prefer it. I only got them done a bit ago so i’m not sure how long they’ll last but i’ll update xUPDATEIt’s been a 4 weeks and they are all still on the retention is amazing got some lifting on my ring finger but that’s normal with the time i’ve had them on x

11 pounds totally wasted. The worst manicure I ever had without doubts. Nails left totally scratched. Remains of cuticules in several fingers. I never thought it could have been done a manicure that badly. I had to go straight to boots to buy oil to recover the nails

I have been here now 2 times. The first time was perfect but the second time awful… the colours that I wanted were empty so I last minute had to change colours. The colours didn’t match the showed pictures so I had to make a decision quick which leads to disappointment. After they were done it didn’t look neat, so I told her that I wasn’t happy. After trying to it without a proper result I just gave up and paid. I’m not happy as it is a bad job for the amount of money you spend…

So when i went to this nail place, it was already a wait, which was expected, however this wait was so long as they had told me 15 mins but this 15 mins becomes 45 mins. Then i got my nails done and they were okay, i didn’t ask for matte nails but i got them anyway and there were bumpy and uneven. Not even two days later the nude colour on the nails had turned brown and a disgusting colour! So overall i am not happy with the service i got and had to pay 40 for them as well

Great service and quality of products. The lady who did my nails was very quick and thorough, she had ideas and advice about the design I was after and I did the right thing by trusting her to improvise with how to achieve the best result. The best manicure I've had in years.

I went to get my acrylic nails done as a treat for myself on Saturday 2nd September. It was recommended to me by a family member as she said when she went there her nails stayed on for a while however this was not the case with myself. When I got there the woman hadn’t informed me that it was cash only, then when trying to figure out which colour to have she constantly kept pulling my hands away from the colour chart nails making me have to pick a colour without really thinking about it. Then when drilling and filing my nails at-least 3 of my fingers bled which caused a lot of pain and soreness, I found her to be extremely rough with me, constantly pushing or pulling my hands and fingers. I understand it’s not easy to avoid things like some cuts but she didn’t try to or apologise at all, when my hands were under the UV lamps as far as they could go she kept pushing them under further causing them to have dents and scratches. When I got home the more I looked at them the more I found wrong, some were missing polish on them, one had a sharp bit of acrylic that was poking into my finger which caused irritation and when I moved one of my thumbs it felt as though the nail was ripping at my skin and at one point I thought it was going to rip my entire nail off. 6 days later 2 of the nails folded into my finger and popped off from the bottom then the next day 5 other nails had also ripped/popped off, leaving me with 3 nails one week after having them done. I’m really disappointed and am not happy to have paid £30 for them, the nails nor the service were acceptable and very poor quality, would not recommend and will never return. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
