Me and my boyfriend came in and put our names down for a table 20 mins later we where sat ,no issues with our table customer service was fantastic,however once the food arrived our peri-peri fries had no peri peri salt on them,the one burger had no sauce at all even though on the menu it was specified and one had chilli sauce even though lemon and herb was requested instead of this,this may be due to the chicken being put in the wrong burgers however one peice of chicken was so hard as if it had been cooked and reheated and the other was burnt and tasted like charcoal(We both ended up leaving half our food due to this),I understand it was close to closing time when we walked in however that should not show in the quality of the food being given especially when paying so much for it .

I attended Nandos Birmingham on Saturday 11th November between 2-3pm.My partner and I were told that there would be a 25 minute wait. We agreed and sat in the waiting area.We were the only people waiting for a table of 2 - the rest of the customers were waiting for tables of 3-4.After around 20 minutes with no name being called, I politely asked the host how long the wait would be. The host rudely replied that we had missed our table and that they couldn't guarantee one anymore. I politely explained that we had been patiently waiting and our name had not been called. Rather than kindly navigating the situation and offering a table at the next convenience, the host became aggressive and said she called my name several times and it's our fault. Another waitress joined in and began bombarding me with comments such as 'I'm telling you the information that you were called and you missed it'.Both women were aggressive and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Any decent waitress would respect that they had either mispronounced the name or not missed it off the list.I also pointed out that we were the only couple waiting and there was only one table for 2 on the first half of the queue. Any decent or trained waitress would identify us as the people waiting for the table of 2.After being aggressively spoken to, I stated that they were being incredibly rude and disrespectful. One of the women began waving her hand in my face saying that she was being polite and will try to get me a table.I responded that after the treatment I had received I no longer wanted a table. I informed the staff to cross me off the waiting list and I would go elsewhere.No apologies were provided.I was left visably annoyed and upset by the situation.I strongly suggest that these women are identified and spoken to.I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I’m Greek and used to large portions, but for sure the dish I ate it supposed to have 2 pieces of chicken breast and there was just one or that was an infant chicken…

I always enjoy Nando's. I tried this restaurant in 10+ locations in different countries and cities. This one is no different. The meal was well cooked and served as they always do. The portion is average size. They have refil for soft drinks. It was as busy as usual. They have Halal chicken options. My only comment today was the delay to serve the food which took more than usually expected.

Three of us including a kid arrived for dinner Friday evening. As usual, waiting for 25 min and waiting to order and then waiting for food. We ordered a kids meal which was good, platter for adults had burned chicken thighs.Its middle of city centre so watch for parking. Plenty of seating but may not be enough in weekends. Washrooms available.Paid £35-50 for 2 adults and a kid.

If you’re visiting the Bullring i would highly suggest visiting this location other than the Bullring Nandos located inside of the Bullring. This location has a better vibe and superior service than the other. I Got the Butterfly chicken for 2 and it was delicious. Don’t forget to get peri salted chips!

Visited Nandos for lunch and it was amazing!! As soon as we walked in, the lady showed us our seats. When we went to take our order, the girl at the till was super sweet and understanding. The food came out in no time and was exceptional. The chicken was cooked to order and the ratio of chicken to sauce was perfect!! The garlic bread was warm and garlicky. And the coleslaw was cold and refreshing. Overall, great food and customer service. Highly recommend!!
