Phoned up to check the postcode and was told that viewing was by appointment only. Nearly 1 hour later someone called back to confirm 2pm appointment was available. When we arrived at the sales office the two ladies didn't appear to be rushed off their feet took about 5 mins to hand us some brochures and then left us to look round the show homes on our own.

Because it used to be a beautiful part of Swindon's countryside. Swindon has enough housing and people. It looks like an Urban Prison !!

New housing estate still under construction, ended up in it following the post code for COATE Water Park on the SatNav, so beware! Looks a very pleasant development and it is very conveniently located for motorway access. Only 3 stars because it is still under construction.
